Cooking is in me, and I can’t stop doing what I love to do. I show up with energy and care, letting quality ingredients lead the way while I create memorable, feel-good dishes.
How I learned my craft
My grandmother inspired me, and I trained professionally at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. From there, I refined my skills in Bay Area fine-dining kitchens and through years of running my own bakery/pizzeria/café.
My philosophy in the kitchen
I understand how flavors marry and I build dishes around that harmony to make food taste amazing. I balance freshness, seasonality, and texture so every bite feels complete.
